Established in 1999 in collaboration with Redcliff RCMP, SEASAR is a non-profit, volunteer-based association devoted to the safety and well-being of the region. SEASAR responds to the Medicine Hat Police Service, the City of Medicine Hat, RCMP detachments, and regional municipalities including Cypress County & Conservation Officers when support searching for lost or missing people, seeking evidence related to investigations, or assisting with disaster management.
